Working with Sheila is easy; she creates a relaxed atmosphere where clients can be their genuine selves. She is supportive and gentle while helping clients stretch and grow at a comfortable pace. She is an effective listener who is easy to talk to because she has a genuine interest in her clients.

Sheila provides counseling either in person in her welcoming, accessible Marion office or over a secure, internet portal, whichever clients prefer.
Sheila offers appointments on Saturdays and evenings only to accommodate clients’ busy schedules.

During a typical first meeting, Sheila invites clients to share their past experiences and future hopes through a directed intake process. Much of this information can be completed online in advance so clients can take their time to think about the questions. Answering the questions in advance also leaves more time in the initial session for clients to get to know Sheila and for Sheila to get to know them since a good fit between therapist and client is critical to clients’ progress.

Sheila is currently welcoming new clients.
